Intellectual Property Policy
Wupload.com ("Wupload" www.wupload.com) is an internet service provider as per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. section 512 ("DMCA") and Wupload.com complies with all provisions of the DMCA and copyright laws including Intellectual Property Rights. Wupload shall respond to claims of copyright infringement reported to its designated DMCA (copyright) agent. And accommodate but not interfere with standard technical measures (as defined by the DMCA) used to identify and protect copyrighted works and shall disable access to or remove content that it believes in good faith may infringe the copyrights of third parties as well as discontinue service to users who repeatedly make such content available or otherwise violate Wupload's Terms of Service.
Wupload asks that you do not abuse the Wupload service by using it to distribute materials to which you do not have legal rights or authorization. This is prohibited.
Should you as a copyright owner have good faith to believe that your copyright has been uploaded without your permission/authorization we urge you to send Wupload's DMCA Agent a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement as stated at www.wupload.com/dmca.
When any type of data/content is uploaded to the Wupload.com by users, a URL is generated which links to the content in question. Wupload does not knowingly incorporate third party trademarks into the URLs generated when content is uploaded. Further, Wupload does not provide an index of content available through the Wupload service or any search engine of any kind.
If you believe that the Wupload.com is being used to distribute products or services using your trademark in a manner that violates your rights as a trademark holder, you may submit a notification to Wupload. Use the process described above for submitting a notification of copyright infringement specifying that your notification pertains to trademark infringement by including the phrase "Trademark Notice" in the subject line of your e-mail message or letter. Moreover, pursuant to identifying the trademarked content and location, include the following statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, the trademark owner's agent, or the law; a statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the trademark that you believe is being infringed; an assurance that the information being provided is accurate and lastly your physical or electronic signature.
Following receipt of a proper notification as outlined above, Wupload will promptly disable access to or remove content that it believes in good faith may infringe the trademark rights of third parties.
As an Internet Service Provider, Wupload.com is in full compliance with the DMCA and will once properly notified act quickly and promptly to remove all infringing content and further attempt to work with the copyright owner to deal with any issues of infringement.
